Photo Shoot Rules:
*No CAS photos will be permitted
*All photos will include a fullbody shot and midbody shots, unless detailed in the specific photo shoot description.
*PLEASE follow the photo shoot description guidelines.
*Using Photoshop is to enhance a photo is NOT allowed.
(This includes: CROPPING, LENSE EFFECTS; COLOR CORRECTION etc…)
*You must submit 2 photos to be judged. The best of those will be posted on the blog.
*Keep all photos PG.

“A Day in the life” – This will be the first photo shoot. This photo shoot is a open creatively shoot, which does not require many specifics.
Your model should be photographed in their (or your) favorite location within Sunset Valley or Riverview. NO DOWNLOADED OR CUSTOM LOTS. For best results in judging, the photograph should showcase one of your models personality traits and why the location is the model’s (or your) favorite. Mid and Full length shot required. **NOTE: Because of the lax guidelines and specifications, there will be NO immunity with this challenge**

“Natural Beauty“ - In this photo shoot your model has several specific requirements. The model’s hair must be pulled away from the face and wearing no makeup. The model must also be wearing a simple white T-shirt and blue jeans/pants/shorts (no skirts). This photograph can be taken where of your choosing. Headshot REQUIRED. Mid or Full length is your choice.

“The Duet“ – For this photo shoot each model will be required to model with another sim model. You will need to download the model from the exchange.*links will be given out individually* In your photo, try to best capture both your model and the other model in any activity (keep it PG!). Judging will be based on your model, not the other. Hair, makeup and clothing is up to you and the style you would like to portrait. Mid and Full length shot
The individual links to your models will follow this email. We’re doing it this way so that no one sees the others model until photos are revealed!
I realize that a lot of the models assigned have CC, so feel free to open them in CAS and change whatever you like (except facial features and body) to best suit the style/activity you are trying to portait.
The deadline for this photo shoot is Wednesday at midnight CST.

The Rainbow Connection – Each model will be given a specific color or color palette. Your model should creatively create (lol) a look using the given color(s) with makeup, clothes, and hair. The photo can be taken anywhere, with your model doing anything. Helpful Tip: Patterns! Mid and Full length shot. Dont forget your RP. No extras! (no other sims interacting with your model this shoot)

Acting Out – This photo shoot require that your model be in an active-wear outfit. Photograph your model in an activity that shows of their athletic abilities or fitness. Hair and Make-up must be appropriate for athletic activities. (do you wear heavy eyeliner and mascara while jogging? probably not.) Hats are permitted but sunglasses are not encouraged! (We like seeing your lovely faces!) Also, you may have another sim interacting with you in this photo shoot if you choose. *note, those who do will not have an advantage of any kind over those who go it alone*. Mid and Full-Length shot required.

Bald Ambition – In this photo, your model will have their hair shaved. In CAS, replace the model’s hair with the baldest hairstyle available. Makeup and clothing style are at your discretion. Headshot is REQUIRED. Mid-range or Full Length is your choice. Be creative!! WOW us! It’s getting down to the wire so we expect the VERY best from you! *The winner of this round will be the last to receive immunity for the cycle!!*

I’m somewhat confused, I know ENHANCING photo is not allowed, but what about other things like cropping or adding a small border? Both of these things can even be done in paint. Does that count as going against the rules too?
I can’t wait to see how everyone’s photoshoots turned out!

Looks like I’ll be trickling in right before the deadline again on Photoshoot 2. I actually already have her set up, and tried getting the photoshoot out during lunch the other day, but Jaymes didn’t feel compelled to get out of bed until 4pm (Sim-time).
