Aurora Jenkins came onto the photoshoot set for ‘The Duet’ all smiles. She planned to have a blast at all costs and only hoped she would manage to portray that on the film. Aurora had never took photographs with another model before, but after seeing Justin McCabe walk on set, she didn’t mind one bit!The set itself was a breath of fresh air, as she was always one to want to have a good time. Sprinklers, running around in dirt, it was like a scene straight out of her childhood. “Look out folks, this photoshoot is about to be fierce,” chimed in Aurora before shooting a wink Justin’s way. She was planning on asking him out for a date once this shoot was done. “Let’s get to it!”
Cindy had an excellent time working with Angelo Fabbri. Right away they decided on a formal prom/dance theme. Cindy did her best to portray the classic shy date trying to not embarrass herself in front of the suave, charming Angelo Fabbri. Cindy felt that a romantic approach to this challenge could have been expected, but she went for the gold anyways. She thought that opening up to her new partner and doing such an “intimate shoot” with him would make her uneasy, but eventually she took a liking to him and everything sort of smoothed itself over. Cindy even felt that she had maybe… even been a bit nervous naturally around Angelo, and maybe a bit shy naturally as well. Whether the natual emotions worked for her, or against her, would be entirely up to the judges and she awaits the results anxiously in hopes for the best.
Working with Abel prooved to be quite difficult. Considering that he’s a mean spirit, however there was one thing that Abel and Harley shared in common: their love for music. After arguing for what seems like hours on what the shoot should be like, Harley was fed up with Abel’s attitude so she pulled out her guitar and played her problems away. This caught Abel’s eye as he pulled out his acoustic too, the two decided to play together for awhile. This helped relieved the tensions between the two. Abel was now being cooperative and the two decided on a “Sid and Nancy” style for the shoot. It was quite a change for Abel, he had to get some henna tattooed on and hold his breath trying to squeeze in the leather pants that Harley has brought with her. After that, it was up to them on how they wanted to portray Sid and Nancy, the Sex Pistols couple that were deeply in love but was cut short. Considering that drugs were out of the question they portrayed the love side instead ;D in a much more punk kinda way, of course!
Oddly enough, the Base acted as a neutral territory for these combining forces. Once Paul and Jaymes arrived on set, they acted as though they had been childhood friends. Strangest of all, Jaymes finally showed her lighter side, after 2 previous shoots delivering sultry, brooding emotions. Excitement, giddiness, laughter, and flirtations were all shared, as well as a couple singed fingers. Decked out in camo and boots reminiscent of Sienna Miller’s dominatrix footwear in GI Joe, surrounded by fire, and beside a fellow Brave Daredevil, Jaymes was completely at ease. “Watch as it dances.” She purred longingly in Paul’s ear, clutching his arm as the fire from the pit rose up close to her petite nose. Chuckling, Paul felt flattery wash over him as he subtly flexed his bicep so the muscle would fill her grasp, reminding her that he is more than able to protect her of any danger. He brought his face close to her ear and whispered, “Are you afraid?” A hint of a grin played across his lips. Mesmerized, she kept her gaze to the flame, only able to bring a breathless whisper in response. “It’s so beautiful.”
Maya and Jamie… well what can I say the minute they met they were all over each other laughing and joking. Jamie really brought out Maya’s good side. Jamie was so bright and cheerful and exciting Maya really didnt know what to do I could see in her eyes how happy she was around him but she was trying so hard to be professional. By the end of the shoot well…I think it was true love. I think that comes out in these pictures… I really do.

Today we picked a nice balcony that overlooks the ocean at sunset with male model Raaj Bhatti. I really wanted to capture a romantic tension, so i placed the male model a tad infront to represent her trying to get attention. I chose a rather messy beach bum type hairstyle for Raaj and playful messy pigtails for Violet and toned down the make up. She seemed to have a lot of fun with this one, i think there were some actual sparks flying between the two. She told me she rather liked having somebody there to interact with on camera.
After eating at Little Corsican Bistro Wa-nda invited over Malcom to her house. Malcom was impressed at the house and amazed on the pool area. They chat, gossip, share secrets, boast each others skill and possessions. Later Wa-nda found out that Malcom dreams of Living in The Lap of Luxury. The shots were taken at Wa-nda’s residence in Sunset Valley at the swimmig pool area. After a short tour around the house they played with the garden sprinkler. What i like about my shoot is with all those landscaping details and their dark skintone Wa-nda and Malcom stand out gorgeously with the photoshoots

Tayla also portrays emotion fabulously on camera! I love looking at these photos, and very much like seeing both of the shots that were submitted. Get more of a feeling of how the shoot went, since we don’t see each others’ role-playing submissions.

I think Tayla’s other entry has an RP. They are chatting/gossiping. Looks cute too, like a scene from a prom.
My other pic went better with the RP (it was the inspiration), but at the same time there’s something I do love about the pic you put up on here.
The other one only showed her lips because of the hat, but the body language was something I was really pushing Jaymes for!
